SEABROOK — Seacoast Youth Services is hosting a virtual “Whatever it Takes” fitness fundraiser.
All funds raised will benefit the nonprofit provider of out-patient therapeutic services for at-risk youth and families.
Whether you run, ride, walk, hike, swim, dance, or down-dog it, set a goal and challenge yourself during the week of Oct. 25 to Nov 1. In this completely virtual fitness challenge, you can sweat alone, create a team, or join an existing team and share your journey and results on their Facebook or tag it with #SYSCHALLENGE on Instagram.
Since 2001, Seacoast Youth Services (SYS) has been building a comprehensive and coordinated prevention, intervention, and treatment continuum of services for youth and families in the Seacoast community. SYS has taken a leadership position to build a system that assures youth and their family’s access to an integrated, effective continuum of care.
The COVID-19 pandemic has created a perfect storm of depression, anxiety, isolation and, for many, financial instability. SYS is committed to addressing these increasing mental health challenges and to do “Whatever it Takes” to support youth and their families during this difficult time.
Please consider joining their “Whatever it Takes” virtual fitness challenge as a participant, a sponsor, or a donor to help SYS continue its critical work.
