Two women were arrested Saturday at the Hilltop Shopping Center on charges of aggravated robbery and attempted kidnapping, according to the Mount Healthy Police Department.
Police were dispatched at 10:25 p.m. to Gametime Bar, at 8064 Hamilton Ave., for a report of a large crowd gathering in the parking lot. While police were en route, the call was upgraded to a shots fired.
Officers located two victims who stated they observed two females discharging firearms. Police say Sherice James and Parisian Higgins approached the victims’ vehicle and ordered them to get out of the car or drive them away from the scene.
The victims refused to surrender their vehicle.
Police located James in the crowd and recovered a gun nearby. The gun was reported stolen in Dayton, Ohio.
Higgins was arrested on Sarvis Court as she was live streaming on social media. A total of two loaded firearms were recovered.
No injuries were reported.
This investigation is ongoing.
